It's becoming a tradition unlike any other. Golf Twitter roasting a top golfer's haircut during a major.
Scottie Scheffler got the brutal treatment last month when he got a fresh cut at Pinehurst on the eve of the U.S. Open that showed off his golfer's tan. Before that, who could forget Jordan Spieth at the 2018 British Open and Rickie Fowler at the 2016 Olympics.
And now you can add Jon Rahm to those classics of the genre. From the front and side, his head looks normal. But from the back?
Yeah, we have questions—Is that a soul patch?—too. And Golf Twitter had jokes.
Actually, maybe this is some kind of Legion XIII LIV team thing. Someone else claimed Rahm has been rocking this look for a while. But we haven't seen much of him lately with that foot injury he described in graphic detail earlier in the week. Anyway, as always, Jon could wind up having the last laugh if he plays well.
