Collin Morikawa's 'secret' to winning the British Open? A good old-fashioned cheat meal

July 21, 2021

Collin Morikawa amazed golf fans around the world by winning at Royal St. George's in his British Open debut. Turns out, the young star was fueled all week by a good old-fashioned cheat meal.

After claiming the claret jug, Morikawa was asked his "secret"? And Gary Player might want to cover his ears.

The SoCal native didn't elaborate where he got these magical burgers, but we know they weren't from In-N-Out. Regardless, they got the job done. And we're guessing he'll go back to this go-to meal when he defends his title next year. Collin, you've got 12 months to find a good burger place in St. Andrews.
