The inspiration for The Digest Quiz, the first episode of which debuts below, was rather simple. Much as we believe our editorial staff consists of the most passionate, savvy golf minds around, even the best and brightest draw a blank on occasion.

Also, it’s always fun to gloat when you’re right and someone else is wrong.

And so we’ve introduced this game show format pitting four editors against one another answering a series of questions around a single theme. This week, it’s famous golf quotes, some of which you might find laughably easy, others decidedly less so.

See for yourself how you fare. And if you end up with a better score than one of our editors, well, keep the gloating to a minimum.
