Here’s the prize money payout for each golfer at the 2024 LIV Golf League United Kingdom event

Well, that was awkward.
Jon Rahm was in the house at 13 under par in LIV Golf's United Kingdom event Sunday at JCB Golf & Country Club. His teammate, Tyrrell Hatton, stood over putt outside four feet for par to tie him and head into a playoff. Hatton missed, the putt sliding hard right, Rahm earned his first LIV Golf victory and their Legion XIII squad took home the team honors. But again, it was difficult for Rahm to celebrate because of how Hatton closed with a bogey to cost himself a chance at individual victory.
Rahm took home the customary $4 million for his victory from the $20 million overall purse. It was his first victory anywhere since the 2023 Masters. His Legion XIII team shared $3 million.
Hatton tied for second place with Joaquin Niemann and Cameron Smith. Paul Casey finished fifth.
LIV Golf’s season is quickly nearing its end. Sure, two months remain, but this week’s event in the United Kingdom was the 11th of the 14 on its schedule. Up next is the event at Greenbrier in West Virginia Aug. 16-18.
