Jordan Spieth is launching a new tournament at his childhood course, Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas.

The Crush-It! Cup, a youth golf tournament and fundraiser for the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation, will take place on September 16th. Players aged 6-14 from across the nation can compete for a spot, where they will have a chance to play a tournament hole with the three-time major champion.

“Together with Invited, I am thrilled to unveil the Crush It! Cup and create an unforgettable opportunity for junior golfers to celebrate the game of golf, raise money for vital causes and create positive impact in their communities,” Jordan Spieth said.

To qualify for one of the tournament’s 32 spots, each child must play a minimum of 72 holes from July 1st to July 30th at any Invited Golf and Country Club. Qualification will be determined by the top 30 fundraisers and the top 2 players who play the greatest number of holes in July.

The top 100 fundraisers will also have the opportunity to participate in a golf clinic hosted by Spieth and sit in on a fireside chat with the tournament host. All funds will benefit pediatric cancer research.

In addition, Dallas artist Mari Pohlman will design a mural painted on the grass of the hole where Spieth will play alongside each child during the tournament in a scramble-styled match. The mural is designed to tell the story of Spieth’s golf journey and will feature icons from various moments in his career.

Spieth joined Invited, a nationally recognized junior golf program focused on Building Relationships and Enriching Lives for its nearly 400,000 members as a strategic advisor and brand ambassador in 2022.
