Of course Tiger Woods' new public course features baller tee markers with his trademark logo

September 22, 2020

Golf fans got a look at Tiger Woods' new public course, Payne's Valley, on Tuesday during the broadcast of the Payne's Valley Cup. And though most will be talking about Tiger's beautiful new course, did you see the tee markers? Tiger's logo adorned the tee boxes from the 'Tiger tees,' which were the tips that the pros played during the Ryder Cup-style matches that were televised on Golf Channel and GolfTV on Tuesday.

Talk about the ultimate power move.

We've seen Tiger tees before. Medalist Golf Club in Hobe Sound, Fla., Tiger's home course and site of The Match II between Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning versus Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady, famously first used the Tiger tees, captured below:

And Tiger's first American design—the private Bluejack National outside of Houston—also boosts Tiger tees and even has "Frank" tees for juniors:

We wonder if these bold tee markers, with the trademark TW logo, will stay on the course as the public gets to see it with the course opening this fall. It's just one element of the unique experience golfers will see at Payne's Valley.
