Drunk man completely naked from the waist down breaks into Washington golf course, causes $5,000 in damages

The world is a stressful place. There’s bills to pay, mouths to feed and social media to endure. To make matters even worse, it’s an election year. If you don’t have a healthy way to release the pressure valve once in a while, you might end up like Spokane man Jamey A. Christie, who was found by police pants-less, drunk and screaming in a pile of glass after breaking into Wandermere Golf Course early Monday morning.

According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s office, they found Christie highly intoxicated and curled up in a ball on the floor when they arrived at the scene on Monday. A golf course employee also found two bottles of whiskey that had been stolen from the bar and consumed. Christie—who previously trespassed at the golf course back in March—broke multiple windows during his break-in, causing an estimated $5,000 in damages.

The 55-year-old received medical treatment and upon his release from the hospital will be charged with burglary, malicious mischief and theft. The reason for Christie’s breakdown was not given, but perhaps he was just a Rory McIlroy fan.
