The Winners' Bags

Jim Furyk at the Verizon Heritage and Bernhard Langer at the Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am

By winning the Verizon Heritage at Harbour Town GL, Jim Furyk made it seven wins in nine weeks for Callaway's FT Tour TA driver. A trio of Cleveland's new CG 15 wedges also came in handy for Furyk on the short (6,973 yards) Harbour Town course. On the Champions Tour, Bernhard Langer won the rain-shortened Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am at TPC Tampa Bay with an interesting split set of irons comprised of older Ben Hogan Apex clubs for the 3- through 5-irons and Adams Golf's new Idea Pro Black irons in the 6-iron through pitching wedge.
