Jim Furyk's last two opening rounds at Conway Farms Golf Club have both produced a bit of personal history. In 2013, he shot the PGA Tour's sixth-ever 59. On Thursday, he withdrew for just the second time in his career.
Furyk only recorded 25 shots (one over through six holes) on the Chicago-area track this time before bowing out with a bad left wrist. It's his first WD since the 1995 version of this event when it was still the Western Open.
