Jordan Spieth receives social-media sympathy after Masters collapse

The way in which Jordan Spieth lost the 2016 Masters was equally shocking and heartbreaking. Even if you weren't rooting for Spieth, you had to feel for the 22-year-old as he quadruple bogeyed the 12th hole on Sunday.

Golf fans around the world took to social media as they watched Spieth walk off the 18th hole disappointed, then give an interview to CBS' Bill Macatee in Butler Cabin at Augusta National. Not surprisingly, pretty much everybody appreciated the way Spieth conducted himself and handled the emotions of the situation.
