LA JOLLA, Calif. -- The storm that ravaged San Diego County on Sunday continued overnight and toppled several trees and breaking branches on others on the South Course at Torrey Pines.
Forty-eight plays have yet to complete the final round, which was to have resumed at 8 a.m. (PST) on Monday. But the start time has been pushed to 10 a.m. to allow time to clean up the course.
On Sunday, the PGA Tour announced that spectators would not be allowed on the course on Monday because more strong winds are expected.
