Justin Rose finished T-2 at last week's BMW Championship thanks to a final-round 64 at Conway Farms. But his score is even more impressive now that we know Rose overcame an unexpected blow to the head from the most unlikely of sources: a marshal.
Marshals on the tee box at PGA Tour have two main jobs. They hold up "QUIET PLEASE" signs and make sure fans are still while players hit, and they alert fans lining the fairways which way tee shots are heading. But one marshal got a bit carried away with those duties. As Rose sent a drive left, this guy got really, really into waving his sign in that direction. And, well, check it out:

We can laugh now because Justin Rose, who didn't even flinch, wasn't hurt. We also thought no video of a marshal could ever rival the guy who tried to quiet a train for Tiger Woods at Chambers Bay during the 2015 U.S. Open, but this is close. Here's a refresher on that memorable moment:
